1966 Two Great Fighters Said Beshir & Said Saleh. Said Beshir has been captured alive and executed in public at the Edaga Hamus (Asmara) in the late of 60’s. He is the first Elf freedom fighter POW hanged in Asmara. Said Saleh was shot to death by a Eplf firing squad in Kassala – Sudan in 1983.
