Arkebe Oqubay (PhD), adviser to the Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn, told the Amharic monthly Magazine “Zemen”, that he is optimistic things will change in Eritrea in the coming 10 years, and Ethiopia will begin to use the Port of Assab, Eritrean port.
