\nAgain and again it is claimed that with the continuing influx of refugees into the country also was rising crime. Now, the Bundeskriminalamt has the impact of high numbers of refugees on the recorded crime for the first time thoroughly investigated – and found that the crime has possibly slightly increased, while the number of immigrants has risen considerably.<\/p>\n
The Police Authority notes that there is a “widely divergent development of the number of cases in relation to the development of the immigration figures”.
