Yes, Dr. Nerayo Teklemichael<\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x1 pg-1h3 pg-1yf pg-1ff2 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">has been stricken with both <span class=\"pg-1ff5\">Alzheimer\u2019<\/span>s and <span class=\"pg-1ff6\">ALS<\/span> (<span class=\"pg-1ff6\">amyotrophic lateral sclerosis<\/span><span class=\"pg-1ls1\">),<\/span> diseases<\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x1 pg-1h5 pg-1y10 pg-1ff4 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">that have totally crippled him mentally and physically. The Alzheimer\u2019s is in an advanced<\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x1 pg-1h3 pg-1y11 pg-1ff2 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">stage causing near total loss of memory, and the ALS has crippled his arms. In other words<\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x1 pg-1h3 pg-1y12 pg-1ff2 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">Dr. Nerayo is completely helpless and dependent on others, which right now means his<\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x1 pg-1h3 pg-1y13 pg-1ff2 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">wife, Elsa.<\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x1 pg-1h3 pg-1y14 pg-1ff2 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">As it happens, Dr. Nerayo is not eligible to the American health service system known as<\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x1 pg-1h4 pg-1y15 pg-1ff3 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">Medicare<span class=\"pg-1ff2\"> and <\/span>Medicaid<span class=\"pg-1ff2\">.
